Reports that help most

• Tax amounts or rates that differ from reality — if what customs actually charged you differs from what this site showed, please tell us along with the HS code. These are fixed first.
• Product names that read awkwardly, or translation errors
• Searches that do not return the item you wanted — please include the words you searched for, so we can use them to improve search.
• Pages that fail to load or display incorrectly

What we cannot answer

This site does not provide tax or customs advice. For a binding classification of a specific product, eligibility for a duty reduction, or help with clearance procedures, please consult a licensed customs broker or the Korea Customs Service. Classification is ultimately decided by customs.

This is an independently run site, so replies may take time. For urgent clearance issues, contact the Korea Customs Service call centre (125 within Korea).
